Send a photograph

During ICIS 2026 in Lisbon, this page opens the send page of Machinic Vision. A visitor photographs something at the conference and sends it. The machines read it as they read the frieze: they find and count the parts, retrieve the nearest phrases from the IS journals, AI research and Hacker News, and write one sentence about it. The phone then shows five views of the photograph. Visitors can also remix photographs that others have sent, and queue a pen drawing at the table beside the frieze.

The send page was tried in September 2026 at a five-day workshop at the Seoul Institute of the Arts, where students sent 226 requests and the machines returned 864 readings.

The send page is not open at the moment. It opens here when the table is running.
